Supergirl was brought to San Diego Comic-Con in order to showcase what’s to come for the caped superhero during the upcoming fourth season of her show and fans didn’t go out disappointed.
Seems like season 4 of Supergirl will bring some tension between humans and aliens, as humans will be blaming them for all their disasters, all the destruction, and all the pain many are suffering. Will Supergirl and the team be able to earn the trust of humans again?
It has also been announced that Nicole Maines, April Parker Jones and David Ajala have been cast for this season of the show, with Maines playing the role of Nia Nal, a series regular which is best known as Dreamer, a member of the CatCo reporting team who is described as a “soulful young transgender woman with a fierce drive to protect others, Nia’s journey this season means fulfilling her destiny as the superhero Dreamer”.
April Parker Jones is also a series regular, playing the role of Colonel Haley “a hardline career military woman who lives and dies by the orders of her commanding officers. Dedicated to her country, she always acts in its best interest — even if it’s not her own”.
Finally, David Ajala is a series regular playing the role of Manchester Black, described as “the type of guy who brings a knife to a gunfight and still walks away the winner. With a dark past, he easily deflects the brutality of his mission with his charm and sense of humor”.
