After having trouble in the eastern markets, publisher Nexon has decided to release MapleStory 2 for the west. The game is the second entry in a series of free-to-play MMORPGs developed by Southern Korean company Wizet. The major difference from the first game is that MapleStory 2 will been in a 3D grid environment instead of the original’s 2D game-play. As for the game’s features, it will include a series of raids, PVP battles and the ability to customize the player’s avatar and homestead.
Currently, an IP block prevents cross regional play. So players will have wait until the game officially reaches western shores. Check below to see the service regions for MapleStory 2!
