Recent reports have been made that the actor, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, known for his role as Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron is on-set for Avengers: 4. While there is yet to be photo evidence of this claim, it wouldn’t be surprising for Marvel to bring back another ‘dead’ character.
Warning: Avengers: Infinity War Spoilers
For those of you who have seen Avengers: Infinity War, then you know that some very special characters disappeared at the end when Thanos snapped his fingers in the full-set infinity gauntlet. Some of them include Peter Parker (slated for another Spider-Man movie in 2020) and almost the entire Guardians of the Galaxy (slated for a potential Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3).
We know eventually these guys have to come back in Avengers: 4, but wouldn’t be interesting if Marvel brought back another ‘dead’ character? After all, not only did Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and her brother Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver) get their powers from an infinity stone.
This wouldn’t be the first time Marvel brought back another hero after an untimely death, as we’ve seen with Agent Phil Coulson in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. who passed away in the first Avengers movie thanks to the deceased Loki.
While this is only a rumor at this time, we’ll keep you informed if any details develop.
