Get ready to survive in the wild, fighting against nature and dinosaurs in your mobile devices as Ark: Survival Evolved will be making its way to mobile platforms on June 14th, 2018, as you’ll find out in this article.
Ark: Survival Evolved is already available for consoles and PC and will now make its way to the mobile sphere. Filled with dinosaurs and surviving mother nature, the game will give players the abilities to build, hunt and team up with others. The game will be free-to-play but will have a subscription service, Primal Pass, of $3.99 per month or $34.99 a year. This service offers ad-free gameplay, reserved spots on the server, and even more. Optional upgrades can be bought or eventually be earned for free to give players advantages.
Single and multiplayer options will be available for Ark: Survival Evolved. Players can continue through the game alone, or team up with others and try to work as a team. Unfortunately, cross-play to PC and console will not be available, while some features available for console and PC will not be available for the mobile platform due to mobile limitations.
Among these features we can count customization (custom painting), island bosses, and hosted servers, as these will not be available and there doesn’t appear to be a plan to implement these features in the future. For the most part, it appears the mobile version will feature many of the same concepts and gameplay features that console and PC versions have.
Get ready to build, hunt, team up and most importantly: survive. Ark: Survival Evolved is coming to iOS and Android June 14th, 2018.
