At E3, Bethesda Softworks announced a couple of DLC’s for it’s MMO The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), Wolfhunter and Murkmire, during their long presentation.
Wolfhunter is based around werewolves, which shouldn’t be a surprise. Werewolves first appeared in The Elder Scrolls II series in Daggerfall and was created by Hiricine. Wolfhunter will contain 2 new dungeons based on the Daedric Prince’s curse. Bethesda even hints that players may even come face-to-face with Hircine himself. It will be interesting to see where these new dungeons will take ESO.
The other DLC due out after Wolfhunter in 2018 is Murkmire, which will be set in the Blackmarsh region. This DLC is obviously going to be about the Argonian race as they are natives of Blackmarsh. Murkmire also promises to have a new storyline, bosses, and even a group arena. Hopefully, with this DLC we should learn more about the Argonian lore and culture.
Both DLC’s are slated to release some time in the last half of 2018.
