Listen up Elder Scrolls fans, Bethesda announced at E3 a brand-new TES experience. Elder Scrolls Blades will be a massive first-person RPG to be released on mobile phones. The graphics alone on this new game are console quality. If that doesn’t catch your attention, this unique story of The Elder Scrolls saga can be played both in landscape and portrait mode. So, for all those boring meetings, you can look like you’re productive, only it will be in improving your character.
TES Blades will have several modes of play to keep you engaged and entertained. The Abyss allows a player to see how far they can go in an endless dungeon. The Arena will allow players to do battle one-on-one against other players. The Town, which is the main mode, is where you get quests and the story.
If the three modes weren’t enough, your character will not only be your customized hero, to level up stats and equipment but also, you’ll get to rebuild your town. As a member of the Empire’s top agents, the Blades, you return to your town after exile to find it destroyed. As your town levels up, it will unlock new quests and NPC’s. You can even visit your friends’ towns.
Bethesda has plans to bring Blades to mobile, PC’s, consoles, virtual reality on mobile, and even high-end VR on PC’s. Blades will be available on iPhones, and Android devices in Fall 2018. You can pre-order on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also pre-register for early access at playblades.com.
