Earlier today, through a press conference hosted by the WWE Champion, AJ Styles, 2K Games officially announced the arrival of WWE 2K19, with the champion as its cover superstar.
AJ Styles mentions that he is a hardcore gamer, and becoming the cover superstar for the game is a milestone for him as it is a way to reach the status of legends such as The Rock, Stone Cold Steven Austin and even John Cena, who have had this same privilege in the past.
As a hardcore gamer and ambassador of everything it means to ‘Never Say Never’ in both my professional and personal life, it is a dream come true to be selected as the WWE 2K19 cover Superstar.
Additionally, it has been announced that there will be what The Phenomenal One called “Million Dollar Challenge” which is a tournament where players who beat a yet-to-be-announced game mode of WWE 2K19 and send a gameplay video of them defeating AJ Styles in it, in order to get a chance to be selected for a 4-gamers tournament, with the winner having the opportunity to defeat AJ Styles, in person, in the game, and if they do, they’ll earn a $1 million USD prize.
