The official title for the sequel is Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Marvel President Kevil Feige confirmed speculations that the sequel will be taking Peter Parker and his classmates abroad. The story will take place after the fallout and catastrophe of Avengers 4 and detail Peter’s life. The movie will focus on his like as he tries to return to “normal” high school life.
Jake Gyllenhaal might star in the movie as the villain Mysterio and Michael Keaton might be reprising his role as Vulture, but nothing has been officially confirmed. Tom Holland returns as the wall-crawler for the exciting and anticipated sequel, which is suspected to hit theaters July 5th, 2019.
