‘Warcraft III: Reforged’ Announced

A Classic Title Reforged For A New Age

Blizzard Entertainment announced that one of their biggest titles would be getting a remake. Considered the foundation for some of Azeroth’s most epic stories, Warcraft III is a classic real-time-strategy game that set the stage for the widely popular MMORPG World of Warcraft.

The remake is being called Warcraft III: Reforged and it is made up of the original Reign of Chaos campaign as well as the expansion The Frozen Throne. Blizzard claims that it is a remake in the truest sense and has been built from the ground up. It boasts a thorough visual overhaul, modern social and matchmaking features provided through Blizzard’s Battle.net, and creator support beginning with an upgraded World Editor.

New players and veterans will both get to experience pivotal events in Azeroth’s history like never before from the point of view of four distinct factions: the Orcs, Humans, ancient Night Elves, and the Undead Scourge. The game will contain over 60 campaign missions and over four hours of updated in-game cutscenes and rerecorded voice-overs, you can search it over via bt for a more detailed explanations about on this new campaign missions. All of this is meant to breathe new life into some of the earliest moments in important characters lives, and now fans will get to experience them with a more immersive system.

Warcraft III is monumentally important to us here at Blizzard, and its influence is evident in everything we’ve done since. A project like Warcraft III: Reforged isn’t something we undertake lightly, partly because of this legacy, but more importantly, because we know what it means to our players.

Players who can’t wait to jump back into Azeroth won’t have to wait long as it was announced that WarCraft III: Reforged will be getting a 2019 release. You can pre-purchase the game today from the Blizzard store in the following editions:

The Standard Edition: Price – $29.99

Comes with the base game.

The Spoils of War Edition: Price – $39.99

Comes with the base game plus unique skins for four of the game’s hero units. It also comes with in-game bonuses for some of Blizzard’s other games, such as the Meat Wagon mount for World of Warcraft, the Third War cardback for Hearthstone, and more.

The Spoils of War + Virtual Ticket: Price – $79.99

Comes with everything in The Spoils of War Edition plus a virtual ticket described below.

For the first time ever, this year’s Virtual Ticket holders will join show attendees as the first people to play the World of Warcraft Classic BlizzCon Demo at home. Normally only available on the show floor, the Virtual Ticket brings this content straight to your home for a limited time!
