Disney+ is the latest streaming service to join the likes of Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. At the 2019 D23 Expo Disney announced an impressive list of its upcoming shows and movies. Some are more developed than others, while a few are still in the works. Despite the various stages of production, everything that Disney announced is promising and exciting.
The BBC have finally revealed Doctor Who series 11 premiere date. In typical BBC fashion, they released a small teaser announcement of the premiere date as October 7, 2018. American audiences were given a larger teaser featuring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor in a colorful if not explosive video.
15 years after its series finale in 2003, Joss Whedon revealed that a Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot is in development. The original series ran for 7 seasons and even spawned a spin-off, Angel that was also wildly popular. Whedon and Monica Owusu-Breen, Midnight, Texas creator will be co-developing the reboot.
